I think it's Rush that refers to Kerry as Lurch. (I wonder if Kerry refers to Rush as Fatty?)
And on his website they've got a photo of Kerry's face on a horse with the title:
Benghazi and the First Horse-Faced Secretary of State.
Jee-sus, Rush.
Talk about classless.
Sorry, faithful readers, but this kind of thing just burns me up. Isn't there enough legitimate stuff to knock people for without getting into personal details of stuff they can't help, like their facial appearance? (And let's not forget, by the way, that Lurch was actually one of the beloved characters on the Adams Family.)
It'd be one thing if Rush were a Greek god, but gee, he's bald and he's overweight, who is he to criticize anyone's appearance?
