Op ed piece, Washington Times: http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2012/jul/26/chicago-values-and-the-fruit-of-islam/Does this make sense to anyone?
News report, Chicago Sun-Times: http://www.suntimes.com/news/metro/13996951-418/rahm-welcomes-help-from-farrakahn-ignores-anti-semitic-remarks.html
After the owner of Chik-Fil-A revealed that he didn't want to see gays granted the right to marry, Rahm Emmanuel said he didn't reflect Chicago values and does not want this guy to expand his stores in Chicago.
Mr. Emmanuel is apparently unaware - or is he? - that it is the black voting block that typically votes down any state's attempt to grant marriage rights to gays? So their values reflect the owner of Chik-Fil-A's values? (I'm distinguishing the owner from the stores, because gays do work at Chik-Fil-A. A job's a job.)
But more than that, apparently in an attempt to prevent Chicago from retaining its title as Murder Capital USA, Emmanuel has invited the Nation of Islam to send its "enforcers" in to walk the streets in an attempt to quell the violence.
Mr. Emmanuel is apparently unaware - or is he? - that Islam and the Nation of Islam despise gays, and Jews.
But, in any event, they're apparently not afraid to walk the city streets, talking to these gang bangers and attempting to convert them to Islam as well. The Islam of Farrakhan that advocates separatism and hatred of whites.
So Mr. Farrahkahn is going to be able to convert quite a few folks, I think, unless black Christians also take to the streets and try to do a little converting themselves - along with the protecting of Chicago's children from the conscienceless gang-bangers - most of them children also! - who go around murdering anyone they happen to take a dislike to.
