Time to end this Green Energy Incompetence

Another Obama Green Energy Boondoggle RUSH: "President Obama touted it in 2010 as evidence 'manufacturing jobs are coming back to the United States,' but two years later, a Michigan hybrid battery plant built with $150 million in taxpayer funds is putting workers on furlough before a single battery has been produced."

Yes, you heard right. A plant that got $150 million -- I don't know if it's stimulus money or not -- but they got $150 million in government money, subsidize making batteries for the Chevrolet Volt? This company is laying people off, and they haven't in two years made a battery. Hello, green energy. Everybody thinks green energy -- well, Obama does -- thinks green energy is the next big thing. And it's not there yet. There just isn't any green energy business yet. It may happen someday, but it hasn't happened yet.

So we're subsidizing Big Bird. We're subsidizing a battery factory that never made a battery. And somebody want to tell me this man knows what he's doing? Well, in the sense of competence, he does know what he's doing. Believe me. What's happening is exactly what he wants to happen.
