An interesting statistic - more kids in the UK aren't toilet trained

This is rather scary... why don't the English toilet train their kids?

RUSH: From the BBC: "More Pupils Wetting Themselves, Say Teachers -- More children are starting school before they are fully toilet trained, teachers say. A snapshot survey suggests many primary school staff are noticing a rise in the number of children wetting or soiling themselves. The online survey of 848 staff for the Association of Teachers and Lecturers suggested the main cause was a lack of toilet training," which means there are gonna be fewer left-handed people, by the way. If there's less toilet training going on in Europe, you have fewer left-handers. Everybody knows that.
