What is a Reagan conservative?

If you look for "Reagan conservative" in the Wikipedia, you'll find that there used to be a topic, but now it's been folded into the article on Ronald Reagan himself, and the term is no longer explained.

Both Rush and Hannity refer to "Reagan conservatives."

What, or who, are they?

"Reagan Conservative" is one who believes in traditional Conservative values like personal freedom, small government, low taxes, free markets, and a strong military. Reagan sought to achieve "peace through strength", and at the end of his administration, the Nation was enjoying its longest recorded period of peacetime prosperity without recession or depression.
