Rush's transcriber makes a point of putting in every "uh" that Obama utters. And Hannity and Rush's frequent sub, Mark Steyn, also like to put in those "uh's."
But really...they all use those "uh's" as well. Mark Steyn does it all the time, and Rush and Hannity do it frequently as well.
Indeed, if I had the time I'd make notes of all the times Rush says it and email it to him - although I doubt if it would cause him to stop harping on Obama's use of it.
