Rush raised an interesting point today - and I'm sure you've seen it yourself. Sarah Palin's emails while governor of Alaska have been released, and the media are reporting what's in them on an hourly basis. (And apparently not finding anything in them to criticize - otherwise, you know they would.)
But what about Obama? Where was this level of curiosity when Obama was running for President? People wanted to see his birth certificate - his real one. He refused to show it, and the media ridiculed those who wanted to see it. People wanted to see his college transcripts, and Obama fought them tooth and nail - we still haven't seen his college transcripts.
What about his emails, while he was senator from Illinois? Heck, while he's president. Shouldn't we get to see them? It sure would be interesting to see the emails he writes when he's pretty sure that no one else will see what he's written, much like Palin never dreamed her emails would be revealed. She apparently has nothing to be ashamed of.... surely we have the right to make sure Obama can say the same?
