How Did We Get in this State?

I can't believe this news...beginning of the end of the United States.

Story #1: Law Requiring Voters Prove Citizenship Struck Down

RUSH: Ninth Circus Court of Appeals with very telling ruling yesterday: A three-judge panel ruled that it is not necessary to show ID when showing up to vote. You know, I remember, ladies and gentlemen, the ruling class (even Republicans) telling us that if we opposed amnesty, it would mean the death of the conservative movement. If we didn't get on board with amnesty (Remember them telling us this?) it would be the end of the Republican Party? We had to get on board with this. We had to show the Hispanics that we were on their side. You notice how we never hear any polling about that subject anymore? We thought it was supposed to be such a winning subject for the Democrats.

Then the Democrats, and the Ninth Circus comes out with this ruling yesterday, and it just is going to gin up even more Republican turnout and support. I remember hearing from McCain and the Republican Party hierarchy and the open borders crowd in the conservative media (McCain impression), "Limbaugh, if you -- if -- if -- if you don't push amnesty, if you don't get on board it's the end! It's the end of the conservative movement. It's the end of the Republican Party." Every time they warn us that our principles and ideals destroy or will destroy the Republican Party, they are proven wrong. It is our principles and ideals which are saving and preserving the Republican Party.

So the Ninth Circus Court of Appeals' three-judge panel was divided yesterday on Arizona's Proposition 200, adopted by the people of the state (Prop 200 in 2004) to protect the integrity of elections, and the Ninth Circus us says it's invalid. What does Prop 200 do? Prop 200 requires voters to provide proof of eligibility -- that is citizenship -- to register and proof of identity to vote, and the Ninth Circus Court of Appeals overturns it and rules it unconstitutional. One of the three judges is the retired Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor, who is sitting in, essentially, for somebody on the Ninth Circuit who's sick, on medical leave, or writing a book or a position paper or protesting with MoveOn.org or whatever the hell else the judge is doing.

Sandra Day O'Connor! The chief justice of this court, Alex Kozinski, was the only one to vote with any sense whatsoever. Now, this decision -- it's very important to point this out -- was not actually rendered by Ninth Circuit judges. The deciding vote was cast by the supposedly retired Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor who claims the power to sit by designation on cases in the federal appellate and district court despite the fact that she's now an overt political activist. She ought to be sidelined. She is an overt political activist, and yet she sits as a substitute teacher, so to speak, on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Proposition 200.

This has happened in California, all the various ballot initiatives that would not use taxpayer money to pay for health care, education, welfare benefits for illegal immigrants and their children was overruled as unconstitutional. That's just one of many examples of why Tuesday is going to happen, why Tuesday will be what it is. A public uprising against the ruling class is on tap for Tuesday.
