My report: Don't lift and turn with a heavy box at the same time

I've lots to say about today's program and today's news, but I was packing while listening to it, attempted to simulatneousy lift a heavy box and turn with it, pulled a muscle in my side, and am in too much discomfort to write. So I'm taking the night off and will resume posting tomorrow!
