This is my own idea, and I think it's a great one.
The US is supposed to be all about religious tolerance, isn't it?
And so...all religions should be tolerant of all other religions, right?
So, have the people who want to build the Mosque, also put a Christian church and and a Jewish temple in the same building, so that it's a multi-worship site. And to be fair, the building should be divided into 4 equal areas (Christian, Jewish, Islam, and one for Hindus or whatevver other faiths tehre are in New York.)
Then, the worshipers have to switch out, every other day. So Muslims attend a Jewish service, Jews attend a Muslim service, Christians attend Hindu, and so on, so that everone from one religion can see what other religions do.
Let Islam show how tolerant it is, by embracing other places of worship within its building, that they want to put up at Ground Zero.
As an aside, apparently there are peep shows near Ground Zero. How disgusting is that? And why aren't they being boycotted?
