Rush played the clip of the introduction of Michelle Obama and Dr. Jill BIden at the NASCAR race, and I could certainly hear boos - in contrast to what the article said earlier today, that it had been only a smattering of boos that could not be heard over the crowd.
Of course Rush makes the point that the booing was not racist, but rather anti-socialist - we don't like being told what kind of food we can feed to our kids, what kind of cars we can drive, etc.
Still, there's a time and place. They were there to help promote an organization to help veterans get back on their feet, for goodness sake! If they'd been there to tell people to never eat hotdogs again, then boo them, sure. But considering the reason why they were there...the booing was unnecessary.
