I just did a google search on "Pot calling the kettle half-black" and as I'm sure everyone expected, including Limbaugh, it has people riled up.
And it's so unnecessary. Why rile them up in this fashion? Shouldn't people be talking about the good points Limbaugh makes, instead of pointing out that once again he's entered, at the very least, "race conscious" territory.
He dulls his own message by these stupid tweaks. It's not a question of being civil or being uncivil, it's a question of deliberately bringing race into a subject where it has no place.
Talk about race when it comes to the question of why so many blacks drop out of school. There, it's relevant. Don't bring race into it when you're talking about the Presiden't hypocrisy in championing revolt in Egypt but not in Iran.
It's just stupid.
