Much has been made of this today - apparently a lot of UN delegates got together for a group photo.
Don't know if the cameraman said, "Wave for the camera" or not, but in any event that's what Obama did, thus obscuring the face of the Mongolian leader.
It would be interesting to know what the full story behind the photo is... everyone has a big smile on their face - maybe the photographer did say something toi indicate it was a light hearted moment. Maybe he did say, Wave to the camera Obama. I mean, why else would Obama be waving???
