4 pm: Meeting with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
4:50 pm, Meeting with Representatives Steny Hoyer, Jim Langevin and Jim Sensenbrenner. They are all involved in the Americans with Disabilities Act.
6 pm, Obama to speak at an event commemorating the Americans with Disabilities Act's 20th anniversary.
Wonder what Rush will say about Obama being on the View? You just know he's going to say something!

PRESIDENT OBAMA will be the featured guest on ABC’s “THE VIEW” on Thursday. It'll be taped Wednesday afternoon, when he's in NYC for a DNC fundraiser. Barbara Walters will return early and be in-studio for the show. ABC release: "First time in history a sitting United States President has visited a daytime talk show."
