My report: And will she sue Breitbart?

Continuing the theme further...you've got to believe that Civil Rights lawyers are meeting with Sherrod, or at the very least inundating her with calls, wanting to represent her in a lawsuit against Breitbart.

I'd say she should also sue the President, or whoever it was who called her on his behalf, demanding that she resign before the full story was known.

But this was most definitely a smear campaign, and I do think an investigation should be launched - by Breitbart if no one else. Were the tapes edited before Breitbart received them? If so, who by?

And will anyone learn a lesson from this debacle that you can't rush to judgement before all the facts are in?

It will be interesting to see what Sean and Rush have to say about this today. If they are honorable men, they will admit they made a mistake. They were snookered just as the NAACP was.
