SECRETARY HILLARY RODHAM CLINTON
Secretary Clinton is on foreign travel in Brussels, Belgium to participate in a joint meeting of NATO foreign and defense ministers. Secretary Clinton will also travel to Paris, France for an ad hoc ministerial meeting on Syria.
