How did Barney Frank ever get to be a politician?

Frank has a speech impediment, which Rush was making fun of today - and indeed, which probably Hannity, Savage and Boortz were making fun of today, too.

And you do wonder....actors and actresses can't get jobs unless they have mellifluous voices, and I would have thought neither could politicians...
