Deputy Secretary Nides is on foreign travel in Poland through June 1 for the Wroclaw Global Forum hosted by the Atlantic Council. During the event he will deliver remarks addressing the forum’s theme “Reinventing the West: Prosperity, Security, and Democracy at Risk?” and meet with a number of Polish government and business leaders. The forum brings together decision-makers and political leaders from the United States and Europe to discuss Central Europe’s role as a critical U.S. partner in promoting political, security, and economic ties across the Atlantic.
