Biden's "Romney will put you all back in chains" comment

Of course he's exaggerating... no one can be put into chains in the USA. Perhaps he's talking about countries in Africa where that happens all to often - when they're not hacking each other to death with machetes or locking them up in churches and burning them alive... (well, okay, that only happened once, but it was pretty barbaric...the machete murders are a lot more frequent.

y the way, hardly anybody is showing up. Biden drew 660 people yesterday in Iowa, wherever he was. By the way, the Obama campaign is sending out e-mails, internal e-mails, to each other. They are distressed at the size of the turnout, crowd turnout for Ryan and Romney, separately and together. So Biden's out there, "They're going to put y'all back in chains."
